Spectrum has been fitted on Indonesian roads since 2003 — window film for cars, homes, commercial buildings and boats, distributed by CV Agni Sentral Motor and installed only through authorised dealers. Four series, from a greenish clear film for windshields to the darkest privacy black, every one with its performance figures published.

Spectrum technology
Four things set Spectrum apart, and each one can be measured: UV rejection to 400 nm, colour that is part of the film, a greenish clear film for the windshield, and the highest heat rejection in our range.
Most films quote "99% UV" measured to a shorter wavelength, so part of the UVA band still reaches your skin and your dashboard. UV 400 is rated to 400 nanometres — the UV Tmax level, the same limit used for sunglasses — and blocks all of UVA and UVB.
Spectrum UV 400Cheap film gets its colour from a dye layer that UV slowly breaks down — the yellow goes first and the film turns purple. With Chip Film the plastic pellets are coloured before the film is made, so there is no dye to fade: the shade you drive away with is the shade you keep.
Carbon films: UV 400 & BlackDarkness and heat are two different things. NEO 20 lets 62% of visible light through, so the windshield stays legal and the car looks elegant with a light green cast, yet it stops 92% of infrared — the heat you feel. One series runs from this clear shade to NEO 80.
Spectrum NEONanometre-scale carbon dispersed through the film absorbs infrared before it reaches the cabin: NEO 80 rejects 93% of infrared and 80% of total solar energy — figures from the published spec sheet, not a slogan. The air conditioning has less to fight, and a parked car heats up more slowly.

Registered trademark
SPECTRUM® is a registered trademark at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI), No. IDM000048175, owned by CV Agni Sentral Motor. The application was filed on 5 February 2004 in class 17 (heat-protection window film / automotive window film) and protection runs to 2034.
Genuine Spectrum film is fitted only by authorised dealers and always comes with an official warranty card that can be checked online. A film sold under a similar name without that card is not Spectrum.
